If you haven’t set up your Twitter account, simply go to https://twitter.com/ and set up your account. Once you’ve set up your account the first thing you want to do is to find followers to grow your Twitter account. You don’t want to grow your twitter account just to do it. You want to grow your Twitter account because there are benefits to having a large following on Twitter. Some of those benefits are honorable mentions, retweets, and SEO rankings. When your followers mention and retweet your post, your message is getting before hundreds, thousands, and possibly millions of viewers each day. Viewers can continue to retweet your messages, follow you themselves or even visit your main website through your profile information. Also, major search engines will begin to see your Twitter feed as an authority platform within your niche’. Therefore, your Twitter feed can be easily found through organic searches.
<h2>A few ways to grow your Twitter traffic are following relevant Twitter accounts daily and staying active on Twitter. When following accounts, keep in mind that following too many per day could be an issue. However, find about 100 accounts that are relevant to your channel to follow. In addition to following accounts stay active by engaging with those accounts. Of course, you can’t engage with all of the Twitter accounts that you follow on a daily basis, but try to focus on having a few daily conversations instead. Don’t worry about trying to make a sale but rather respond, like, and retweet tweets so that as you follow new accounts they follow you back. The more you engage with the accounts you follow the more they notice you and follow you back.<h2>
<h3>Another way to engage and stay active on Twitter is to follow hashtags. One of the best ways to find and follow hashtags is through Hashtags.org. Simply set up your account, type in your topic, and you’ll get a list of related conversations to join. Another way to find great hashtags to follow on Twitter is Twubs. It’s similar to Hashtags; you simply set up your account and start searching topics you’d want to follow. When using Twubs be sure to type your topic altogether with no spaces. You can also use hashtags in your actual blog post so others can find you when searching for hashtag topics.<h3>
For instance, I write content related to #onlinebiztips. Sharing this blog post on Twitter and responding to related topics helps to build an audience around my hashtag and drive more traffic. Ultimately, following accounts and hashtag topics on Twitter can help you build your Twitter audience and get organic traffic on your blog.
Yet, staying active on Twitter can be a daunting task, but I have some great news for you. You can automate a huge part of the process of growing your Twitter account. There are a few good WordPress plugins that you can use to automate your tweets. Additionally, there are outside automation apps to consider like dlvr.it. From a personal perspective, I like to use dlvr.it because it provides me with more posting options than most plugins. I like to post on multiple platforms in different ways. I don’t always like to post long articles to all platforms. In fact, there are some platforms that you should never post long articles on. This outside app allows me to share pictures, short paragraphs, or content from other people without worrying about going outside of my normal topic.
For instance, this morning I shared a post on Twitter and Google plus about Bald Eagles. It was an interesting post that led the reader to my unique niche’ store, but I didn’t want that posting on my Fanpage which is focused on #onlinebiztips. It’s an incredible tool that will allow you to set up multiple posts at one time. These post can be released over a span of time. The dlvr.it app will also recycle your post. Let’s say I want “the Eagle post” to re-post after 3 days, I can set my timer for it to re-post after 3 days, at a different time, to attract a variety of viewers.
I’ll be teaching these types of strategies here. If you can learn the correct way to post early in your online entrepreneurship journey, you can avoid the timely mistakes I’ve made, in the past, by posting the wrong kind of content on the wrong platforms or posting the right content in the wrong way. I’d spent a lot of money on coaching programs which, most, failed to teach the most basic things. You don’t want to be a seasoned marketer making newbie mistakes. Collapse time frames and grab this opportunity. I’ll be revealing the most basic concepts like “how to post on social media,” to the most complex content like “how to use Filezilla to convert PHP files to launch multiple PLR websites fast.” No, I will not throw everything at you at once because my goal is to eliminate the nightmare I’ve experienced trying to leverage the right information in a sequence I could understand.
In my opinion, too many gurus assume that everyone in their audience has a basic knowledge of building an online business, so the basics are skipped. Somehow online business training begins in some weird middle place like sales funnels. Most people who are learning to build sales funnels don’t even know how to properly use Twitter. I’m a witness. Twitter may not be for everyone, but I think many online entrepreneurs don’t use it because they don’t quite get it.
Truthfully, you can have a lot of fun on Twitter. In addition to following groups and hashtag conversation, you can have Twitter parties too. Honestly, this post is getting rather long so, CLICK HERE, and get registered. I’ll be discussing topics like “How To Plan An Ultimate Twitter Part,” and even how to properly use hashtags. However, keep in mind that I teach in a sequence. I do not start in the middle. Yet, you’re going to learn so much! I’m so excited for you! You get access to everything I know about building an online business without going through the pain, oh the pain, I’ve gone through to learn it.
Hopefully, you will take immediate action, and get active on Twitter. Go ahead and start following people on Twitter. Be sure to interact with them by commenting and retweeting their messages too. Don’t forget to use Hastag.org and Twubs to find relevant conversations to follow. Make sure you’re using hashtags in your blog post, but keep in mind that there are right and wrong ways to use hashtags.
